FarFetchers is here to connect buyers with sellers. We host the site and help dealers list their products. When you buy through us you are buying directly from the dealer. We arrange your payment to go to them and arrange packing and shipping back to you. We can handle all of the details of delivery or you can pick up anywhare you want in the process.

Q: How do I reserve a product?
A: If you are sure you want a product and are satisfied with the photos, description, and price of the product you can "put it on hold", in which case we will have the dealer reserve it. Dealers will only do this for a short time so be ready to make payment.
Q: How do I pay for a product?
A: We will send an invoice and you can pay in any of the accepted methods.
Q: What kinds of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Cashiers Checks. Payment must be made prior to shipping.
Q: How does shipping work?
A: That depends on where you are and where the product is. In France our agents (Global Style Management) GSM will pick up at the dealer's location and pack the product for surface shipping. Surface shipping is cheaper but takes longer than Air frieght, which we can also arrange. Then GSM ships via a freight line, usually an actual shipping line. The product will arrive in a Port of Entry in the destination country. In the US it will sit in customs until someone clears it through customs, this is usually a customs broker or shipping company. The buyer will be quoted a "To the port of entry" price or a "door to door" price for shipping—both are described below.
Q: How do I get my product from the "Port of Entry"?
A: If you are able to clear customs you may arrange with your country's customs to take delivery. We recommend that buyers use Customs Brokers or Shipping Companies to help them clear customs and/or deliver to the buyer's location. Often customs brokers will act as shipping forwarders and arrange delivery to the final destination. We can also arrange this in most cases.
Q: How do I get my product through "Door to Door" delivery?
A: Our shipping agent will arrange customs clearance and delivery to your location so all you need do is sign for the delivery.
Q: What is shipping insurance?
A: For a fee we can arrange the full value of the product and shipping to be insured. In this case any damage that occurs during shipping will be covered and you will be compensated for repairs. If there is a total loss you will be refunded the cost of the product and shipping. This only applies to issues that have to do with shipping.
